Sunday, April 5, 2009 Mission Hills Country Club Rancho Mirage, California Story and photos by Pat Krause For more Pat Krause photos of the Kraft Nabisco LPGA, click here. The Kraft Nabisco LPGA championships had a great finish this year. What an up-and-down chance for a victory by three American women. The tournament was held between March 30 and April 5. Palm Sunday was the final day of the tournament held at Mission Hills Country Club in Rancho Mirage, Calif. Even in this economic slump the crowds were large, although many things were missing this year, including vendors and other amenities. The tournament was scaled back in the wake of the media looking at spending by the large companies.

I don't know about you, but I like to laugh. Often. I like jokes. and I like to laugh at them. There are plenty of good clean jokes, but honestly? Why are the funniest ones a little bit off color (crude, dirty, etc)? My problem is that I have an image to uphold and dirty-joke-laughing is not part of that image. So, how can I save my reputation and still get to laugh at “boys' locker-room type” talk? Is there a place where it is okay to laugh out loud at things that are really dirty/funny?

| What should be my primary objective on every swing? |
What should be my primary objective on every swing? Moore on Golf By Phillip Moore What should be my primary objective on every swing? Square and Centered Contact. The essence of good golf is distance control, and the key to distance control is a consistent quality of contact; a consistent transfer of energy to the ball. Since ideal contact is square and centered, your primary goal on every swing should be square and centered contact. Contact made in the center of a clubface that's square to the target. Whether you're stroking a putt, hitting a chip, or making a full swing, your primary goal should always be the same — square and centered contact.
