Story and photos by Pat Krause  The 50th Anniversary Bob Hope Chrysler Classic Golf Gala was held at the beautiful Renaissance Esmeralda Ballroom Sun., Jan. 18, 2009. This year’s theme is "Thanks for the Memories.” A preball cocktail party started the evening. One-hundred feet of Red Carpet lined with huge golf balls on tees greeted visitors.
